Filudi is a free game site published by FI-Data, Paris, France. By playing, you accept these terms.

Playing

The games are free and need no account. Your progress is kept with a guest player in this browser. You can link an email to keep it on every device. Ads pay for the site.

Your nickname

Everyone can see your nickname on the leaderboards. Do not pick one that insults, pretends to be someone else or gives away personal details. We can change or remove a nickname that does.

Scores

Play fair. We remove scores made with cheats, scripts or a modified game, and we can block the player who posted them.

Saves

We keep your saves with care, but a game update can change or reset them. Filudi is a free service: we cannot promise that a save is never lost.

The games

The games, their art and their texts belong to FI-Data or to their authors. You can play them here. You cannot copy, resell or host them elsewhere.

Changes and availability

We can add, change or remove games, and pause the site for maintenance. When these terms change, we post the new version here with its date.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms follow French law. A dispute goes to the courts of Paris, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your own courts.
